For AL-KO, several CGI animations were created focusing on the mobile extraction system AL-KO POWER UNIT and the stationary system filter AL-KO PROFI JET. Both systems operate within enclosed housings; much of the critical functionality occurs internally or only in exceptional cases, such as with automatic fire suppression.

The animations provide precisely this insight: into filtration technology, controls, and safety systems that are rarely visible during normal operation.

The visualizations included:

• Structure of the AL-KO POWER UNIT, from the non-return flap to the standard antistatic filters
• System control via a Siemens PLC
• Autonomous fire suppression system with thermosensor and fire water tank, triggered at 70 °C
• Dust-free container change thanks to the patented AL-KO dust barrier
• Modular design, cascade control, and frequency converter of the AL-KO PROFI JET, offering energy savings of up to 60 percent
• Double-shell, sound-insulated construction for use within and around buildings

Much of what makes an extraction system safe, efficient, and quiet is barely visible from the outside. The animations highlight precisely these strengths, from fire protection to energy efficiency. This provides sales and marketing with material to quickly explain technical advantages, without lengthy data sheets or on-site appointments.
