Pure air, clear technology

We created several CGI animations for AL‑KO focusing on the AL‑KO POWER UNIT mobile extraction system and the AL‑KO PROFI JET stationary system filter. Both units operate within enclosed housings, meaning much of the critical functionality happens internally or only in exceptional cases, such as during automatic fire suppression.

These animations provide exactly that view: into the filter technology, control systems, and safety features that are otherwise difficult to showcase during operation.

Visualizations included:

• The structure of the AL‑KO POWER UNIT, from the non-return valve to the standard anti-static filters
• System control via a Siemens PLC
• Autonomous automatic fire suppression with thermal sensor and water tank, triggered at 70 °C
• Dust-free container replacement using the patented AL‑KO dust seal
• Modular design, cascade control, and frequency converters for the AL‑KO PROFI JET, delivering energy savings of up to 60 percent
• Double-walled, sound-insulated construction for indoor and outdoor use

Much of what makes an extraction system safe, efficient, and quiet is barely visible from the outside. These animations bring those exact strengths to light, from fire protection to energy efficiency. This provides sales and marketing teams with material to quickly explain technical advantages, without the need for lengthy data sheets or on-site appointments.
